This allows you to take full advantage of the FLV format’s streaming capabilities. Prior to the creation of this tool, the only way to add hotspots to Flash Video was to embed an .flv into a SWF or to create an interactive overlay using some very advanced ActionScripting skills and techniques.

This tool automatically creates the interactive overlay and adds it to the .flv. The hotspots in the interactive overlay can be authored to move in sync with objects that reside in the video and trigger button events.
