Resizer Basic component is HELPER COMPONENT. Component is made to help in resizing movie clips. With Resizer Basic you can control which side of movie clip will be possible to sizing movie clips. With Resizer Basic you can control which side of movie clip will be possible to resize… All parameters of Resizer Basic component can be controlled thru Property Inspector, or by Action Script.
